A virtual buddy for TOTO players
In collaboration with experts at Tilburg University, we developed an innovative virtual character that supports TOTO players in promoting responsible gaming behavior. This character uses behavioral influence techniques to guide players and make them aware of healthy playing habits.
Conversational Lead Qualification for Vattenfall
For Vattenfall, we developed a conversational journey that allows users to indicate their energy preferences through a playful conversation. Based on this input, they receive a personalized offer - and are automatically routed to the right sales funnel.
Vodafone and Ziggo: Conversational Cross-sell campaign
During the pandemic, good wifi at home became more important than ever. For Vodafone and Ziggo, we developed an RCS campaign that capitalized on this moment. Through a rich, interactive message, we asked customers how their home Wi-Fi experience was.

Lotto and MediaMarkt: Prizes Festival
For the Lotto Prize Festival, we worked with MediaMarkt to set up a hybrid promotion. In-store, customers received a flyer with a unique promotional code. This led to a mobile landing page where users could register and have a chance to win prizes such as gadgets, credit or luxury appliances.
